At John Adams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the clothing.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
